The Living North Essence of Christmas Fair at York Racecourse

The Essence of Christmas Fairs are the perfect place to start your festive shopping and this year we are delighted to be bringing our Yorkshire event to York Racecourse. We will showcase over 200 handpicked exhibitors, retaining the high quality and standard of products on offer and the special atmosphere the Essence of Christmas Fairs are known for.

The event at York will provide an unprecedented shopping experience consisting of artisan producers, designers, gift retailers, health and beauty products, fashion, toys and much more.

A food and drink hall and chefs' demonstration kitchen will add to the attractions and bar and dining options mean visitors can enjoy a relaxing day out with friends.
Visitor numbers have grown year on year at our events and we fully expect visitor numbers to exceed 5,000 per day at each event. Our target market is predominantly female, over 35 ABC1, targeted through the prestigious lifestyle publication Living North magazine, regional press, inserts and listings in national titles and on websites.

Living North has an unrivalled reputation as the event organisers who go the extra mile. This is borne out by the fact that we, like so many of our exhibitors, are a small, family-run business where service is important. We also appreciate that our exhibitors deserve the best possible opportunity to showcase, demonstrate and sell their goods to an appreciative audience, whose custom could last a lifetime.

As publishers of regional magazines of the finest quality, we will feature, where possible, our exhibitors within the pages of our magazines as additional support.
